Shoebills, (Balaenicipitidae, Balaeniceps) are a genus and family of birds. Both species stand about 3¼ feet (1 m) tall and enormous bills shaped like clogs.

It contains two species:

• Blue Shoebill, Balaeniceps cyaneus^{[made-up sp.]}
