Heterophasia, the sibias, is a bird genus in the family Leiothrichidae. By some, the genus is considered monotypic, including only H. picaoides.[1]
Taxonomy[]
White-eared, Rufous, Grey, Dark-backed, Black-headed and Beautiful were formerly in Malacias and Rufous-backed was formerly in Leioptila,[2] and now in the genus Minla.[3] Black-headed was formerly considered conspecific with Dark-backed.[4]
